Kona Coast Media, LLC privacy policy regarding Kona Coast Media.com. and Kona Coast Media, LLC will be known throughout this document as KCM.

KCM may collect personally identifiable information such as name, postal address, telephone number and e-mail address. This personal information is collected and used by KCM staff for the purpose of facilitating a relationship or business transaction.

2.Transactional e-mail, which is the result of a business transaction initiated with the KCM.
3.Relationship e-mail, which is sent as an informational service because of a relationship with the KCM.

5.Correspondence from KCM staff as a result of a communication initiated by a member or customer.

Mailing Lists
Postal mailing list’s, comprised of full name and postal address, will not be sold to other organizations (e.g. professional societies and/or commercial publishers) for any promotional or informational use.

The KCM may occasionally send informational or promotional materials to members and customers. You may choose to exclude yourself from all, none, or only non-KCM mailings by contacting the Member and Customer Services Department (see KCM Contact Information).

Third-party Agents
The KCM uses third-party agents for several business purposes, including credit card validation, hotel registration, and shipping. These agents are permitted to use your personal information only to provide the KCM with a specific service and not for any other purpose. Please contact the KCM Member and Customer Service Department (see KCM Contact Information) if you believe this policy has been violated.

The KCM makes every effort to preserve your privacy, but we may need to disclose personal information when required by law.

Non-personal Information
Non-personal information is collected behind the scenes by the KCM web server and is used to compile general website usage statistics or facilitate access to restricted website services. Such information includes:

IP address is used to verify access rights of licensed subscribers to KCM products that require license agreements, such as KCM Customer Login pages. They also aid in the general administration of the website.

HTTP Cookies
A HTTP Cookie is a piece of data that is stored by your browser in either your computer’s memory or on your computer’s hard drive. We do not collect any data other than what you enter into our submit form on our contact page.

Public Forums
There are no public or private forums on the KCM website.

External Links
The only domain covered by the KCM privacy policy is Kona Coast Media.com. The KCM website may contain links to other sites, however, and KCM is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those external sites.
